The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a member of Cambia's IT Support Services team that supports Cambia's population of 4,500 employees. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping of IT desktop equipment. Do you have a passion for serving others and learning new things? Then this role may be the perfect fit. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will have a High School diploma and a minimum of one year work related experience. Skills and Attributes: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Strong team collaboration skills Proficient using a personal computer, mobile device, and Bluetooth scanner Ability to work independently Superior problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Learn quickly and adapt to change Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired What You Will Do at Cambia: Handle the shipment and receipt of all desktop equipment Assemble new hire, break fix and termination boxes sent to customers Create inbound and outbound shipping labels using UPS global shipping tool Cleaning, sorting, and boxing of incoming and outgoing desktop equipment Accurate scanning of equipment into and out of inventory Troubleshoot, research, and resolve shipping issues raised by customers Maintain a clean and neat shipping and receiving staging area Work Environment Duties are performed primarily in an office environment. Ability to lift 50 pounds Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. National pay structure — applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $18.00 - $25.00/hour and the bonus target is 5%. The expected salary range is $18.00 - $19.30/hour.
