ITAD Shipping & Receiving

Position summary The ITAD Shipping & Receiving – Warehouse Labor position is primarily responsible for packing, staging and processing outgoing orders as well as maintaining organization of incoming shipments. Essential Duties: Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare outgoing product for shipment using foaming and packing tools Prepare outgoing shipping documents Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments Organize and maintain accurate inventory count of packing materials Organize and maintain incoming inventory, current inventory, and outgoing inventory Manage data containing equipment per company policy; ensure security procedures are always followed Stock material neatly and in designated areas Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and picking up trash to maintain a clean and tidy workspace company procedure and industry standard Other duties as assigned Regular, predictable attendance Adhere to all quality and safety practices and procedures including participation in safety trainings identified and assigned by Paladin Envirotech, LLC. Qualifications and Education: High school education or GED required Minimum of 1+ year of experience working in an industrial environment preferred Minimum of 1+ year of experience of shipping and receiving, packing or other related position preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have working knowledge of computers Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Ability to wear protective paint respirator for extended amounts of time Ability to work with hand tools, whether manual or power Ability to multi-task while managing time efficiently Extremely detail-oriented and accurate Must have excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to be on time and ready to work scheduled shifts Ability to work and hit deadlines in a high energy, fast paced environment Must be a reliable team member and safety orientated Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
