ITAD Sales Support
HTG, Inc.Summary/Objective The HTG Asset Retirement (ITAD) Sales Support will be responsible for supporting the company sales objectives. This position will be responsible for creating and managing the online product descriptions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking and editing photos, fulfilling customer orders, invoicing customer orders, inventory management and customer service. This position will report to the AR Manager. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Photograph, list and sell items online through multiple platforms (eBay, Amazon, craigslist, etc.) Support the order fulfillment process by creating pick requests, picking/staging orders, and shipping packages Invoicing Sales with QuickBooks Work cross-functionally to ensure those sales transactions are processed accurately. Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction Perform product research to determine market value and obtain detailed information of ITAD equipment Inventory, sort, and prep equipment for sale Update inventory database entries when necessary Manage and optimize completed listings to ensure accurate product information and adjust pricing to reflect market trends Provide customer service through phone and email to answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes and maintain positive feedback Maintain confidentiality of all client information Cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in all department and company policies, procedures and processes Maintain warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned Report consistently and on time to work Perform other work-related duties as assigned Competencies Excellent attention to detail Flexible.
