We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LifeCycle Services (ITAD) Associate to join our warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to play an important role in the processing, management, and disposition of IT assets while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LifeCycle Services/ITAD Associate – Shipping & Receiving to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving bulk inbound Purchase Orders, preparing outbound Sales Orders, and ensuring that IT assets are accurately processed and documented throughout the workflow. Responsibilities include verifying parts against asset lists, labeling pallets with unique identifiers, confirming outbound items by serial number, and safely packaging IT hardware for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with technology and warehouse processes, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inventory, and assess incoming IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and related hardware. Receive and process bulk inbound Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently. Pull, verify, and pack outbound Sales Orders according to established procedures. Verify equipment and components against asset lists and documentation. Apply and verify pallet labels and unique asset identifiers. Confirm outbound equipment by serial number to ensure order accuracy. Conduct detailed inspections to determine the condition, functionality, and resale potential of IT assets. Perform secure data erasure and drive sanitization using industry-approved tools and procedures. Sort and categorize IT equipment for resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal based on company standards. Test, troubleshoot, and document the functionality of various IT hardware components. Package and prepare equipment for resale, shipment, or disposal while following applicable safety and handling procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working with IT hardware, including identification, testing, troubleshooting, or processing. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow standard operating procedures. Basic understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and logistics. Ability to identify IT equipment and components by type, model, and serial number. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment. Comfortable using computers and basic inventory or warehouse systems. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment . Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
