Honor Bank is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented IT Support & Vendor Management Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology, supporting coworkers, and keeping things organized. You'll play an important role in helping our technology run smoothly while supporting vendor relationships, information security, and IT projects. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, software, Microsoft 365, and other technology. Troubleshoot technical issues and help employees find solutions. Set up and maintain employee computers, equipment, and user accounts. Coordinate with technology vendors and follow up on service issues. Maintain organized technology inventories, vendor records, and contract information. Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, audits, and technology projects. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of IT support or related technology experience. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. A helpful, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to teamwork. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidential information. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
