In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Manage the IT department that provides support to users of office software and information systems Manage equipment procurement and contracts with suppliers Collaborate on the delivery of IT projects such as software implementation, ERP, and MES Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in collaboration with the Soucy Group IT Committee Participate in the inter-affiliate IT Committee and represent Soucy Baron Inc. With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role: A college degree in computer science or a field related to information technology management Desired experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology, including 2 years in a management role Expertise in the areas of IT management, business solutions, and project management Experience implementing management tools such as ERP/MES Proven track record in change management and business process improvement In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, Office 365, and cloud solutions Fluency in spoken and written French and English Desired attitudes and behaviors: Ability to motivate a team and demonstrate leadership Strong customer service orientation Ability to understand current and future business needs and translate them into projects Ability to present ideas in clear, easy-to-understand language Initiative and a focus on continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits designed to take you far!
