IT Sourcing/Procurement Manager - Consultant Role ON SITE per week: Hybrid with one day/week ON SITE required Location: Henrico VA Duration: This is Short Term role - 20 hrs/week for 8 weeks (160 hrs total) Final Interview would be a in-person in Henrico VA office. IT Sourcing Consultant will lead the clients IT sole sourcing process. This would include ensuring all the required forms and documents for a sole sourced cloud hosted system are completed, evaluation of proposals and in execution of agreed upon negotiations strategy with suppliers, leads evaluation and execution of risk mitigation strategies and establishes solid contracts that are in the long-term best interest of the customer, has responsibility for managing customer expectations for project deliverables through effective and timely communications, conducts a post-project lessons learned reviews with the customers to promote knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction. ABOUT THE ROLE The IT Sourcing Consultant needed for the Board of Accountancy as the pursue a sole- source licensing and enforcement system. The role requires the ability to work independently on tasks but lead the team to success. This role will function to lead the client?s sole sourcing process. This would include ensuing all the required forms and documents for a sole sourced cloud hosted system are completed. evaluation of proposals and in execution of agreed upon negotiations strategy with selected suppliers.
