Key Responsibilities:
• Place purchase orders for sales orders with distribution partners
• Submit deal registrations at account manager request
• Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies for accurate orders
• Maintain backorder details, including ETAs, serials, and tracking
• Coordinate RMA returns with vendors and customers
Requirements:
• Two years' supply chain or purchasing experience
• IT industry experience is considered an asset
• Professional English proficiency; French supports Quebec customers
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills
