IT Hardware Logistics Specialist

Position: IT Hardware Logistics Specialist Location: Houston, TX – Onsite Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Management Specialist / Hardware Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end hardware logistics, inventory, receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and equipment tracking in a lab environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end hardware logistics and inventory. Receive, verify, check in, unpack, and store hardware/equipment. Track hardware inventory, check-in/check-out, and shipment status. Move hardware between loading docks, storage areas, and labs. Pack hardware and prepare shipping labels for domestic/international shipments. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate trade approvals. Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. Perform regular inventory audits and track quarantined/damaged hardware. Verify received hardware against shipping manifests. Follow inbound/outbound shipping procedures and defined SLAs. Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records. Identify inventory/logistics inefficiencies and document process improvements. Follow ESD guidelines when handling servers, components, and packing materials. Requirements: Strong Inventory Management and hardware logistics experience. Experience with Equipment Check-In/Check-Out processes. Experience handling servers, IT hardware, or electronic equipment. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. Ability to operate server lifts and pallet jacks . Comfortable working 100% onsite during operational hours.
