IT - AV Technician - Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Delivery Driver / AV Setup Technician to support our growing operations in live events, trade shows, and technology services. This role combines local deliveries and pickups with loading, unloading, installation, and setup of audiovisual equipment at customer sites. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. . Availability for weekends, after-hours work, and overtime is expected, as these are standard within the live events industry. Key Responsibilities Deliver and pick up AV equipment, displays, monitors, computers, and related materials at customer and event locations Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment safely and carefully Set up and take down AV equipment for trade shows, live events, and onsite installations Assist with positioning, assembling, connecting, and testing equipment according to setup instructions Verify orders and equipment before departure and confirm deliveries and pickups Maintain organized inventory and ensure equipment is returned to the correct location Inspect equipment for damage and report missing or damaged items Help prepare, pack, label, and stage equipment for delivery and events Keep delivery vehicles and work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow delivery schedules, route instructions, and customer site requirements Communicate professionally with customers and the team regarding delivery or setup needs Perform general warehouse duties and other related tasks as needed Travel to job sites and assist with onsite setup, teardown, and event support Requirements Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, AV setup, or hands-on technical experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, load, and move AV equipment; physical work is required Reliable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following instructions Good communication and customer service skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to travel to local job sites and work flexible hours when required Preferred Qualifications Experience setting up AV equipment for events or trade shows Familiarity with monitors, displays, computers, cables, and basic AV connections Warehouse, inventory, delivery, or logistics experience Additional Information Must be available for weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed Background check required prior to employment Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you willing to work overtime and weekend?
