Job Title: Lab Logistics Specialist Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite 5x/week) Duration: 6 months+ Job Description: We are recruiting a Logistics Specialist for a System Products Team to provide lab support. This newest member will assist a creative multidisciplinary team of engineers who build and improve best-in-class GPU accelerated computing products. This role will perform inventory, handle shipping, and coordinate logistics activities. The primary responsibility is to provide assistance in the coordination of shipments and inventory control to engineering teams during the development phase. The new logistics team member will independently complete daily tasks based on priorities and should be comfortable working within lab and datacenter settings. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Handling inventory operations including shipping, receiving, staging, audits, and documentation Deploying, setting up and servicing lab test equipment within several lab sites Collaborating with teams across multiple functions (Logistics, Engineering, Technicians, Management) on logistics requests Carrying out periodic audits, cleanup, and improvements to processes for labs and datacenters Handling e-waste storage/disposal per guidelines and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs WHAT WE NEED TO SEE: High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in IT inventory/logistics and lab/data center environments Proficient in Asset Management, Control, Audit, and IT applications (Slack, Teams, Microsoft Office) Experienced with material handling equipment including manual pallet jacks Self-starter who is organized, diligent, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD: Experience handling logistics and inventory in lab and datacenter environments Familiarity with e-waste processes and handling Proficiency in using asset management tools Experience collaborating with Shipping and Receiving departments Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
