Invoicing Clerk
WireMastersBasic Function: The invoicing clerk works to ensure that invoicing and billing duties are completed in a timely manner, so that shipments are delivered to our customers timely and are billed correctly. Responsibilities : Handles day to day invoicing questions. Invoices pick tickets daily and ensures any remaining from previous days shipments are taken care of. Completes export papers for international shipments. Schedules truck (heavyweight) shipments and completes bill of ladings for shipments. Handles customer and freight forwarder phone calls. Views open reports on a daily basis to ensure all material has been invoiced. Assist the shipping department on any questionable shipment procedures and guidelines that they might encounter.
