Invoice Fulfillment / Auction Unpacker Kleinfelter's Auction | Myerstown, PA Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Mondays & Fridays | No evenings or weekends Job Description Kleinfelter's Auction is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Invoice Fulfillment / Auction Unpacker! This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a variety of interesting items, and keeping things organized. From unpacking estate collections to preparing sold items for customer pickup, you'll play an important role in keeping our auction operations running smoothly. Every day brings something different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys a little variety in their work! Responsibilities Unpack, clean, sort, and organize estate items in preparation for auction. Carefully handle a wide variety of merchandise, including antiques, collectibles, household goods, and miscellaneous estate items. Locate, pull, and organize sold auction items according to customer invoices. Prepare purchased merchandise for efficient and accurate customer pickup. Assist customers in locating merchandise during auction previews and scheduled pickups. Maintain organized storage areas and help keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Work alongside other team members to ensure auction preparation and fulfillment tasks are completed efficiently. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow directions. Comfortable working in an active, warehouse-style environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise of varying sizes and weights safely. Friendly and helpful when interacting with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or auction experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks. Why Join Kleinfelter's Auction?
