Founded in 2017, BLCCS supports commercial and mission-critical facilities throughout the San Antonio area. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our tools, inventory, purchasing, vehicle stock, refrigerant tracking, and warehouse operations. Position Summary The Inventory, Warehouse & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of company tools, equipment, materials, vehicle inventory, refrigerant, purchasing, and purchase orders. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with administrative and technology-based work. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with technicians and vendors, strong with Excel and technology, and willing to take ownership of processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of company tools, equipment, and materials. Track tools assigned to employees, vehicles, jobsites, and the warehouse. Maintain serial numbers, purchase dates, warranty information, and assignment records. Manage tool check-in/check-out and replacement requests. Verify warranty or repair options before approving replacement purchases. Conduct periodic physical inventory audits. Maintain standard vehicle inventory and perform vehicle inventory checks. Track refrigerant purchases, technician usage, vehicle stock, and refrigerant logs. Reconcile refrigerant inventory and identify discrepancies. Create and process purchase orders. Purchase approved tools, parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Obtain vendor pricing and availability and follow up on outstanding orders. Receive deliveries and verify materials against purchase orders. Coordinate returns, damaged materials, and vendor discrepancies. Help prevent unnecessary or duplicate purchases. Organize warehouse inventory and maintain designated storage locations. Prepare materials and equipment for technicians and projects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Safely operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading, and material movement. Excel & Technology Requirements **Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.** The successful candidate must be comfortable using Excel to track and manage: Tool inventory Vehicle inventory Refrigerant logs Purchase orders Warehouse inventory Warranty information Candidates should be comfortable with sorting, filtering, formulas, data organization, and basic reporting. The position also requires the ability to learn and use inventory systems, purchasing software, mobile apps, electronic forms, ticketing systems, QR/barcode systems, and other technology used by BLCCS. Qualifications Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong Excel and overall technology skills. Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Comfortable working with technicians, vendors, and management. Comfortable holding employees accountable for assigned company tools and equipment. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record required. Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Must successfully pass a background check. Ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred or ability to obtain certification required. Ability to perform normal warehouse and material-handling duties. Previous inventory, purchasing, warehouse, construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities experience is preferred. Compensation $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Compensation will be based on relevant experience, Excel and technology proficiency, purchasing or inventory experience, and the candidate's ability to independently manage the responsibilities of the position.
