Inventory Team Member

We're seeking an inventory team member to add to our incredible team at Loopy. Pay: $16 per hour Function: Our Inventory team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the inventory department and keeping relevant departments supplied with product. This role reports directly to the Inventory Manager. What You'll Do Receive inventory with a high level of accuracy Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Support Fulfillment with necessary stock levels Maintain organization within overstock Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes, and procedures, both within the department and the company handbook Communicate with team, trainers, leads, and upper management as necessary What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Superb attention to detail Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, use hands and fingers to perform continual tasks for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift 40 pounds Basic math skills for counting and reconciling numbers Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Willingness to learn additional responsibilities to support other departments Clear written and verbal communication skills Self-driven and works well independently or with a team Ability to accept and utilize constructive feedback Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Cycle counting and inventory audit experience preferred Purchase order receiving and reconciliation preferred Why You'll Love It Here 401(k) option with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 4% of yearly earnings, fully vested immediately 5 days PTO Wellness Benefit, 50% paid by Loopy on all sports and wellness equipment Paychecks distributed weekly Employee discount on Loopy products Opportunities for cross-training in other departments Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30a-4:30p Must be available to work an average of 40 hours a week Flexibility to support weekend workload as needed Ability to work OT during peak season All communication from us will be via email, so please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well! :)
