Inventory Support Specialist

Job Overview CONYBEAR SUPPLY CHAIN LINK, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory and support efficient warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, resolving inventory issues, and collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams. What You’ll Do Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. Update inventory data in WMS and internal systems. Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions. Support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities. Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams. Prepare inventory reports and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency. Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain education is a plus. Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems . Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
