Experience in the field is highly valued, as our data shows it leads to the strongest long-term success in this role. Responsibilities: Handles shipments or helps with shipments. Handles Stock movements; Receiving, Kit-ups Loading / unloading and verification of incoming or outgoing shipments or inventory transfers, Inspection for damage of materials or finished goods. Maintain inventory records, assistance with inventory counts and inventory reporting. Maintaining a clean work environment / warehouse. Storage of raw materials and finished goods. Sorting and delivering incoming shipments Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (On-Site) Requirements: 2+ years in shipping/receiving, warehousing, and logistics. Familiarity with Packing Lists, BOLs, RMA, HS codes, Commercial Invoices and customs documentation, knowledge of INCO terms () Clear written and verbal English; accurate record-keeping and attention to detail. working knowledge of carrier platforms (e.g. (UPS / FedEx / Purolator / DHL) Good communication skills Strong computer skills Physically lift 50 pounds charges Must be capable of standing, bending and physically working for period of time. Bilingual is an asset Strong understanding of inventory control A minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience Forklift Experience is an asset) A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to lift/move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.) Must be computer Literate and capable of using basic computer functions. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams) Education: High School Graduate This position requires compliance with Comtech’s Drug-Free Workplace Program. The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
