Saint BernardDescription We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory and Support Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized stockroom, fulfilling web orders, supporting store operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience—both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and process new merchandise shipments. Organize and maintain backstock areas to company standards. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed. Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and transfers. Support visual merchandising by ensuring product placement meets brand standards. Assist in pulling, packing, and shipping online or special orders. Provide general support on the sales floor, including light customer interaction as needed. Help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Complete markdowns and promotional sign changes accurately and on schedule. Work collaboratively with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Reliable and self-motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
