Inventory & Supply Clerk – Manufacturing

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate supply orders for our manufacturing operations. Position Overview This position involves daily inventory counts, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed. Accuracy, organization, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform regular inventory counts and verify stock quantities. Maintain accurate inventory records in spreadsheets and computer systems. Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and identify supplies that need to be reordered. Place orders for manufacturing, packaging, and office supplies. Track purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and availability. Keep inventory records and purchasing documentation organized. Coordinate with production staff to ensure necessary materials are available. Requirements Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Basic computer skills, including Excel. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to accurately count, track, and record inventory. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Previous inventory or purchasing experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits $14–$18 per hour, based on experience. Full-time, on-site position. Health insurance. Paid time off.
