About the Role As Inventory Supervisor, you'll lead our inventory counts and own the accuracy, flow, and traceability of raw nuts, packaging materials, and finished goods supporting our 10 high-speed pack lines. You'll work closely with purchasing, production, quality assurance, and shipping to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time. What You'll Do Plan and lead daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventories Maintain accurate lot tracking and traceability from receiving through shipping Support mock recalls and traceability exercises with the QA team Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrink, and adjustments Keep records accurate in our [inventory system/ERP] Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods levels to keep pack lines running without overstocking Oversee receiving, put-away, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to protect product freshness Enforce GMPs, allergen controls, and food safety procedures in storage areas Prepare inventory reports and KPIs for management Find and implement process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse What We're Looking For 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or distribution experience Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and cycle counting Comfortable with inventory software and Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Clear communicator who can lead and motivate a team High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, or a GFSI/SQF/BRC-certified facility Lot tracking and recall/traceability experience Forklift certification Experience with barcode/RF scanning systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule [e.g., Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM] Occasional overtime during physical inventories and peak season (fall/holiday).
