position oversees inventory control activities by ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting compliance requirements, improving processes, and providing associates with the guidance and resources needed to perform their responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain customer inventory accuracy and monitor shrinkage to meet contractual service level agreements.
• Improve site inventory processes and system performance while ensuring proper care, custody, and control of customer inventory.
• Provide required documentation to customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies to support compliance requirements.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and inclusive workplace for all associates.
• Complete associate performance reviews, develop individual growth plans, and support succession planning.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce company policies at appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates receive proper training and have access to the tools needed to complete their responsibilities successfully.
Required Skills and Experience of Inventory Supervisor:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes is preferred.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, or similar systems is required.
Compensation and Benefits of Inventory Supervisor:
• Pay range: $55,000 - $90,000.
