· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
· Validates system transactions (JSON/XML), reviews error logs, troubleshoots to determine root causes and carries out corrective actions.
· Liaisons between key stakeholders (Customer, IT and Operations) to provide technical support and draft business Requirement Documentation for development change requests.
· Assesses work requests for clarity, scope and prioritizes tasks based on impact and level of urgency.
· Partners with the IT and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and help drive initiatives.
· Create user stories in JIRA after understanding stockholder’s requirement.
· Understand the Reverse Logistic flow and work with team to continually improve the process.

Required Skills:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply-Chain, or relevant field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
· Related field experience includes WMS configuration, implementation and support in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
· Well-spoken and presented with strong analytical background and communication skills.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Basic Concept of DBMS
· Basic Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML), JSON, API
