About the role This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing Pharmaceutical site in Branchburg, NJ. This person will support in the resources needed to fulfill utility and facility maintenance while maintaining cleanliness and inventory accuracy. The purpose of this position is to provide support for the MRO department. What you’ll do The scope of this position includes, but is not limited to: Manage and maintain accurate campus-wide spare parts inventory using Maximo CMMS and inventory control processes. Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Issue, receive, track, and deliver parts and materials to support scheduled and emergency maintenance activities. Process material requests, requisitions, returns, and repairs/recertifications while maintaining detailed inventory records. Spend time in both the field and office supporting inventory operations, data entry, reporting, and documentation management. Maintain organized records, service reports, certificates of compliance, and audit documentation in accordance with company standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding to technicians, planners, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety policies, standard operating procedures, training requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting overall MRO operations. This is not a comprehensive list of job requirements, additional tasks may be included. What you’ll need Understand inventory management and logistics is preferred but not required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes is preferred but not required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience handling inventory or technical documentation preferred; good organizational skills and attention to detail required. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. The ability to lift up to 50lbs. You are currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
