We need someone to own everything that moves through our warehouse: copiers, toner, drums, fusers and service parts. What you'll do Manage toner and parts inventory for hundreds of copiers across WNC, including technician trunk stock Catch unbilled and over-contract toner before it turns into lost margin Order, receive and prep new machines for delivery Handle lease returns and trade-ins, and track every serial number Capture OEM rebates and run cycle counts that actually match What you bring 3+ years in inventory, purchasing or warehouse management ERP or inventory system experience, and strong Excel skills A habit of chasing down numbers that don't add up Valid driver's license; able to lift 50 lb and move equipment Bonus points for copier dealer experience or e-automate knowledge Why IS Technology Your bonus is tied to results you control: accuracy, shrinkage and savings Direct line to leadership, with real ownership and no bureaucracy Health insurance, 401(k) and PTO A stable, local company that's growing Apply today.
