Inventory Specialist (Part-time)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure our field teams have the gear they need while maintaining accurate stock records and preventing inventory loss. Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: Maintain real-time digital logs for company equipment, body armor, radios, uniforms, and office supplies. Manage uniform fittings and issue/retrieve gear during employee onboarding and offboarding. Keep supply rooms and armories clean, secure, and organized according to safety standards. Requirements & Qualifications: 1–2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, asset tracking, or logistics (security or military logistics experience is a plus). Proficient in inventory management software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). High accuracy with serial numbers, count auditing, and record-keeping.
