We need someone who loves a good system, knows their way around a spreadsheet, and gets a little satisfaction out of making sure everything is exactly where it belongs. What You'll Be Doing Master of Inventory: Receive, organize, count, and track cannabis products while keeping our inventory accurate and up to date. Keep Things Moving: Help coordinate incoming deliveries, process shipments, and make sure products get where they need to go. Be a Compliance Champion: Help maintain accurate records in METRC and ensure inventory procedures follow New York State cannabis regulations. Become a Stockroom Superstar: Keep our inventory areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Bonus points if you love a label maker! Play Inventory Detective: Spot discrepancies, investigate inventory issues, and help solve problems before they become bigger headaches. Work With the Team: Collaborate with management and budtenders to keep products flowing and shelves stocked. Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, and product movement to help keep our store running efficiently. What We're Looking For Someone who is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented . Experience in inventory management, retail operations, warehouse operations, or a similar field. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool when things get busy. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed. Must meet New York State requirements for employment at a licensed cannabis dispensary. Extra Points If You Have: Previous cannabis industry experience. Familiarity with METRC or Cova POS. Experience with inventory reconciliation, receiving, and compliance procedures. A genuine interest in cannabis products and the rapidly growing legal cannabis industry. No cannabis experience? No problem!
