required to manage Nature’s Produce consolidation inventory. This includes ensuring the proper handling of our inventory related to receiving, shipping, inventory reconciliation and quality control, while proactively communicating with management and conducting systematic reporting.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Perform all processes required to manage Nature’s Produce consolidation inventory.
• Ensure the proper handling of inventory related to receiving, shipping, inventory reconciliation and quality control.
• Proactively communicate with management and conduct systematic reporting.
• Ensure proper shipping processes by following up on problems and trouble-shooting in collaboration with Nature’s Produce warehouse management.
• Plan, schedule and manage the product inbound transportation requirements.
• Publish required reports in a proactive and timely manner.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics setting with perishable environment, preferably produce.
• Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply chain executive software and third-party logistics.
• Proficiency in Internet, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and evenings as necessary.
• Some travel will be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
