Parker TrutecInventory Specialist Dept./Business Unit: Inventory Specialist FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports to: Department Manager Date Updated: 5/12/25 Position Summary: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring materials are properly tracked and replenished. This role works closely with production and packing teams to monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and uphold safety and organizational standards within the warehouse environment. Qualifications (include but are not limited to ): Good analytical skills; good written, and verbal communication skills Work with a high degree of accuracy Strong leadership abilities and work well with all associates Familiar with production environment Safety and Environment Responsibility Create and ensure a safe work environment. Where proper PPE always throughout your work shift Make sure all tools and chemicals are properly used and stored in their perspective locations Make sure all chemical bottles and containers are labeled correctly. Duties (include but are not limited to): Must be able to identify all parts, verify part numbers, and customers associated with each part. Complete a daily cycle count of packaging on a prioritized schedule Accurately make inventory adjustments when needed Work with the packing associates to maintain pack organization and row integrity Monitor packaging supply and demand, use that data to place orders accordingly Routinely count EC1 supply inventory and create/submit orders when necessary Routinely count EC1 customer parts and verify inventory accuracy in CMS Create Pos for necessary supply and packaging orders Accurately count and report month end inventory Must be able to work overtime as requested Promote and implement 5S activities Additional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.
