Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Specialist:
• Provide attentive and friendly service to customers, prioritizing their needs over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while maintaining an engaging and professional demeanor.
• Effectively communicate product value, quality, and promotions to support purchasing decisions.
• Offer solutions for unavailable items and ensure merchandise is fully stocked and properly displayed.
• Operate the cashwrap efficiently while educating customers on available membership and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and display in accordance with company standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and compliant with all safety requirements.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and help safeguard company assets.
• Report maintenance or facility issues promptly to ensure a safe and positive shopping environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and handle stock processing as needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Specialist:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Capable of climbing ladders, maneuvering on the sales floor and stockroom, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Salary:
