We’re a Calgary-based e-commerce company in the fitness equipment business, selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA, and looking to continue to expand. We have grown rapidly in the last few years, and are looking to expand our team with great people.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to work closely with our Warehouse Manager and supply chain team to manage our growing inventory.
This role will start out being majority inventory focused, and likely adjust in the future to equal time spent on these duties, and assisting with regular warehouse duties.

What you’ll be doing
- Complete daily cycle counts and inventory investigations/reconciliations
- Managing inventory between our warehouse and 3PLs
- Managing inventory reserve for mispicks, lost items, shrinkage
- Helping out in the warehouse, picking/packing as needed
- Helping with any other tasks required in the warehouse
- Managing our order system and making sure old orders are dealt with
- Measuring KPIs: warehouse throughput, mispicks/defects, shrinkage, costs, average order age
- Data visualization: creating dashboards to make KPIs readily accessible and actionable
- Warehouse capacity forecasting & planning: what is our current throughput, what do we need for our future throughout, how can we achieve this as we scale up
- Work with inventory forecasting role to understand how different containers of products will be converted to orders and how that will affect warehouse processing capacity
- Warehouse de-bottlenecking: determine bottlenecks to throughput and work with the Warehouse Manager to fix them
- Warehouse continuous improvement: work with warehouse manager to find ways to improve key metrics of warehouse, such as reducing mis-picks and increasing efficiency
Who you are
- Strong experience with Excel/spreadsheets
- Good with numbers
- Meticulous & detail-oriented
- Good at reconciling multiple data sources and dealing with poor quality data
- At least 1 year of inventory management experience
- Tech-savvy, with a willingness to work with AI tools like Claude
- Forklift license (asset)

This role is based in our Calgary location, where the core hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
