Inventory Specialist

Inventory & Job Costing Specialist — Full Time YellowBall Roofing & Solar is hiring an Inventory & Job Costing Specialist to support our solar and electrical operations. This role helps keep inventory accurate, job costs organized, and job records complete so our teams have what they need to succeed. What you’ll do: Assist with inventory tracking, material counts, and resolving discrepancies. Help track materials and expenses to ensure costs are assigned to the correct jobs. Audit job records for missing information, inaccurate costs, and material discrepancies. Work with purchasing, installation, and office teams to keep information accurate and organized. Identify problems, follow through on solutions, and help improve everyday processes. What we’re looking for: Experience in inventory management, job costing, or a similar clerical or administrative role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work. A resourceful problem solver who is coachable and learns quickly. Availability to work full time. Solar or electrical industry experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn. Why YellowBall?
