Inventory Specialist

Casey Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Inventory Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in our online merchandising and compliance operations. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographic and video media of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring federal and state compliance, and maintaining seamless digital listings across our dealership websites and third-party platforms. Responsibilities: Vehicle Photography: Capture and upload professional, high-accuracy photo galleries that showcase our new and pre-owned inventory in the best possible light. Vehicle Videography: Create engaging walk-around or feature videos for each new and pre-owned vehicle on the lot. Compliance & Labeling: Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state, and dealership policies regarding labeling, data accuracy, and representation. Documentation Management: Maintain all required pre-owned vehicle documentation consistently inside both the physical vehicle and the used car deal folder. Timely Processing: Ensure that all photos, labels, window stickers, and required paperwork are processed, displayed, uploaded, and live on various websites within 10 days of vehicle arrival. Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Review missing photo lists daily with management and communicate real-time updates regarding inventory status. Marketing Integration: Coordinate closely with the Marketing Department to verify that images and data sync correctly across dealership and third-party websites, regularly auditing listings for accuracy. Qualifications: Experience operating digital cameras, computers, smartphones with advanced picture capabilities, and Microsoft Office software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage strict processing timelines and rigorous compliance standards. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with management, sales, and other team members team in real time. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
