Inventory Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help manage materials, parts, and finished goods. This role ensures our production team always has the right parts at the right time. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods Work with department leads to plan daily priorities for customer orders Monitor low stock levels and coordinate with management to ensure items are ordered or scheduled for production Organize inventory with bins, labels, shelving, and accurate data entry Print Order Pick Lists, part drawings, and related documents for inventory management Complete per-order cycle counts to confirm materials are available and accurate Pull inventory from shelves to stage Build Carts and mark carts with correct status Verify and maintain accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings, notes, and assembly procedures Computer skills: Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physical warehouse environment Must read, speak, and write English fluently Dependable with strong work ethic and ability to maintain a clean and safe work area Safety-conscious: close-toed shoes required; no baggy clothing or jewelry Good personal hygiene and professionalism Benefits Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexible paid and unpaid time off Holiday pay Employee discounts on company products Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
