Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Employee to join our team at our Northvale, NJ location. Job Responsibilities And Requirements Check in and check out materials against materials lists and document any damage. Record the location where materials are stored. Take pictures of all incoming and outgoing material. Sort and stage cargo prior to daily loading and unloading operations. Supervise the movement of freight, supplies, and other materials into and out of storage areas and delivery vehicles. Email incoming Bills of Lading to the office once materials have been checked in and accounted for. Communicate with the office to maintain accurate inventory records. Use Microsoft Excel to maintain inventory, including material descriptions, quantities, and locations. Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing materials. Generate, apply, and verify labels on incoming and outgoing materials. Follow oral and written instructions accurately and complete tasks on time. Inspect equipment, materials, and loading dock areas to ensure safe working conditions. Maintain a clean and organized work area and remove debris as needed.
