INVENTORY SPECIALIST We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the efficient operation of our services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date in the inventory management system. Stock Control: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of medical supplies and equipment. Track inventory usage and forecast future inventory needs. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter inventory data into the inventory management system. Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and adjustments. Prepare and generate inventory reports as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all inventory items meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Report any damaged or defective items to the appropriate personnel. Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, clinical, and administrative teams to manage inventory needs.
