Garlock is seeking an Inventory Specialist to play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing and supply chain operations. In this hands-on position, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy, support production success, and keep materials moving efficiently from receipt through shipment. This role combines inventory control, data accuracy, ERP transactions, and collaboration across manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams. What You'll Do Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities. Investigate inventory discrepancies and help identify root causes. Process inventory transactions and maintain ERP data accuracy. Support receiving, production, and shipping operations. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Help drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business performance. What Makes You Successful Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with data and computer systems. Ability to learn ERP and inventory management systems. Effective communicator and team player. Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environments is preferred but not required. Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
