Inventory Specialist

Job Summary Align Aerospace LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory control, receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This position helps maintain accurate inventory records and ensures aerospace parts and materials are properly handled, stored, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials and parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and system information. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Store products according to company procedures. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Coordinate with purchasing, sales, warehouse, and shipping teams. Process inventory transactions using warehouse or inventory systems. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Follow company quality, safety, and material-handling procedures. Requirements Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and inventory-system skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Experience with aerospace parts or distribution is a plus. Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
