As an Inventory Specialist , you’ll bring these values to life by ensuring our inventory is accurate, organized, and accessible to the teams who depend on it. What You’ll Do As a full-time Inventory Specialist on our Warehouse Team, you’ll be responsible for cycle counts, product slotting, returns processing, and troubleshooting inventory discrepancies. You’ll collaborate with purchasing, operations, and category managers to keep our systems accurate and support efficient product movement throughout the warehouse. Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (overtime as needed) What We’re Looking For We value team members who: Have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Are comfortable using computer systems, RF scanning units, and Excel. Can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Are comfortable working in ambient, refrigerated, and frozen conditions with appropriate PPE/work gear provided. Are dependable, punctual, and committed to their schedule. Are safety-minded and focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct cycle counts using a computer database via RF scanning unit. Set up new items and reconfigure warehouse racking as needed. Process returns and resolve inventory discrepancies. Record and update all item and location master fields. Slot and re-slot products according to internal strategy and sizing guidelines. Communicate effectively with purchasing, operations, and category managers. Assist team leader on special projects as assigned. Perform other tasks as directed; duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice. Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines. Required: Inventory control experience Basic Excel skills Excellent math skills Work Environment Work takes place in our warehouse facility, which includes concrete floors and multiple temperature zones: Ambient (~70°F) Cooler (~34°F) Freezer (0°F) Ice Cream Freezer (-10°F) Physical Demands This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. You must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required on occasion.
