Acuity SurgicalFull Posting Medical Device Inventory Specialist | Acuity Surgical Devices — Irving, TX Acuity Surgical Devices is hiring a Medical Device Inventory Specialist to keep our implants, instruments, and capital equipment moving accurately from warehouse to operating room. What you'll do: Own inventory accuracy — cycle counts, ERP/MRP updates, lot/serial/expiration tracking, and consigned inventory management with hospitals and field reps * Drive logistics — pick, pack, and stage shipments for surgical cases; inspect incoming product; manage returns and restocks; make direct deliveries to local customers and reps *Support compliance — follow FDA, ISO, and UDI standards; maintain proper storage and a clean, audit-ready facility *Collaborate — partner with sales, clinical specialists, and logistics to keep every case ready to go *Report & forecast — maintain records, track aging stock, and support demand planning What you bring: High school diploma required; associate degree a plus 1–3 years in inventory management, warehouse ops, or supply chain Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to lift 25–50 lbs Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Valid TX driver's license, clean record Bonus points for: Medical device, pharma, or healthcare supply chain experience Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and UDI requirements Exposure to surgical instrumentation or implant systems At Acuity Surgical, our customers depend on our integrity — we deliver quality medical devices that meet the highest national and international standards, with a relentless focus on patient outcomes Irving, TX | Interested?
