Role Description The Inventory Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for accurately counting and recording physical inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring products are properly labeled and organized on shelves and in storage areas. The Inventory Specialist will track incoming and outgoing products, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and assist with ordering and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with store leadership and department teams, verifying deliveries, rotating stock for freshness, and supporting merchandising efforts to keep displays neat and well-stocked. The role also involves communicating clearly with colleagues and providing courteous support to customers who have questions about product availability. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Control to perform accurate counts and maintain stock integrity. Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, assist with replenishment, and support ordering processes. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers professionally. Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow standardized processes and procedures. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods in a retail environment. Prior experience in grocery, retail, or inventory-focused roles is preferred but not required. Reliable attendance, time management skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
