Inventory, Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our work environment includes: Modern office setting We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments, as well as preparing outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving procedures, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and detail-oriented to join a growing team. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Pack and ship orders to customers. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Process returns and exchanges. Keep track of inventory levels. Ensure that all items are properly labeled and stored in the correct location. Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. knowledge of Microsoft excel, word. The handling of incoming and leaving goods is done by a shipping and receiving clerk. Working with growers and logistics/freight firms is just one example, but Tracking inventory, maintaining thorough records, drafting bills of lading, printing shipping labels and postage, Daily Logs, Prepare incoming and receiving paperwork with pallet labels checking incoming items for damage, and transferring commodities to other departments are all part of the job description. Additionally, this job will be in charge of office tasks like phone answering and customer support. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
