Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Analyze sales data and customer demand to forecast product needs accurately.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies that optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams for timely product replenishment.
• Adjust inventory parameters based on demand forecasts and historical data.
• Conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors regarding product availability and quality issues.
• Generate reports on key performance metrics such as sales and inventory turnover.
• Support continuous improvement of replenishment processes to enhance efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends and seek opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in training junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Provide outstanding professional support to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
• Promote and exemplify Rural King's core values: People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles and retail business practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to Oracle ERP System.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically.
• Navigate facilities and communicate effectively with others.

The pay range for this position is $44,000 - $50,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. Exact compensation depends on factors like geographic location, education, experience, job level, and organizational needs.
