Responsibilities
What You'll do
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability across our retail channels.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to assist in accurate demand forecasting.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with teams in merchandising, procurement, and supply chain for timely product replenishment.
• Review and adjust inventory parameters based on demand forecasts and historical data.
• Conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to resolve product availability or quality issues.
• Generate reports and provide insights on sales, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy.
• Evaluate and improve replenishment processes for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
• Provide friendly, proactive support to assist with inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications
Essential Qualities for Success
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, inventory control, and replenishment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of retail business practices.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP System.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software for support tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
• Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
