Behind all of our colorful products is a hardworking team that keeps our inventory moving and our operations running smoothly. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Receiver to join our warehouse team and help make sure everything coming into our facility is received, counted, organized, and communicated accurately. Position Summary The Inventory Receiver is responsible for handling incoming shipments throughout the day. This position focuses primarily on physically receiving inventory, verifying quantities, checking shipments for accuracy and damage, and providing accurate receiving information to our Inventory Administration team for system entry. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires organization, accuracy, consistency, and the ability to stay on your feet and keep things moving throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, finished products, packaging, supplies, and other inventory. Unload and organize incoming deliveries. Count and verify items received against packing slips, purchase orders, or other receiving documentation. Check shipments for damage, shortages, overages, or incorrect items. Clearly document quantities and any discrepancies identified during receiving. Provide accurate receiving information and paperwork to the Inventory Admin for entry into the inventory system. Label and organize received inventory appropriately. Move received inventory to designated storage locations. Maintain an organized and clean receiving area. Communicate receiving issues or discrepancies to the appropriate manager. Assist with moving boxes, cartons, and inventory throughout the warehouse. Follow company procedures for safe handling and storage of inventory. Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with strong attendance. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks. Able to accurately count and verify inventory. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Organized and able to keep receiving areas orderly. Comfortable working independently while communicating with the team. Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or shipping experience is preferred. Basic computer skills are a plus. Pallet jack experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull inventory and boxes. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical work throughout the shift.
