INVENTORY & QUICKBOOKS SPECIALIST (FOOD & RETAIL)

We're looking for an experienced **EDI & Inventory Management Specialist** who understands the food and grocery industry and can help manage our purchase orders, inventory, invoicing, and accounting processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage EDI transactions with major retailers, including Costco, Sobeys, Metro, and other grocery chains. - Process and track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and shipping documentation. - Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment. - Integrate and accurately enter EDI transaction data into QuickBooks. - Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, inventory, and payments to ensure everything balances. - Identify and resolve discrepancies, shortages, chargebacks, and billing errors. - Work with our warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. -Work from Home - Help streamline and automate our EDI, inventory, and accounting workflows as the company scales. -Opportunities to meet and work with celebrity ambassadors **Qualifications:** - Experience working with EDI systems in the food, grocery, or CPG industry. - Strong working knowledge of **QuickBooks**. - Experience handling purchase orders and inventory for major Canadian retailers. - Understanding of retailer compliance requirements, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company. **Bonus:** Previous experience working directly with Costco, Sobeys, Metro, Loblaws, or other major grocery retailers. **Location:** Greater Toronto Area / Remote or Hybrid We're looking for someone who can take ownership of this process, ensure our numbers are accurate, and help us build the right systems as we continue to grow.
