Responsibilities You'll be responsible for shaping how brands look, feel, and communicate. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, production components, finished goods, and company supplies. Monitor stock levels, conduct physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory. Source reliable suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders for approval. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for Miri Air device production. Track material usage, production output, wastage, and transfers of finished goods. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Finance teams to meet operational requirements. Maintain proper procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and goods received records. Prepare periodic inventory and procurement reports and support inventory valuation and cost-of-production calculations. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company procurement and inventory procedures. Qualifications HND or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Strong organisational, numerical, negotiation, and record-keeping skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and cost consciousness. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation. Timely availability of production materials. Cost-effective procurement. Reduction in stock losses and material wastage.
