Operations Manager FLSA: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Work Location: Onsite - Distribution Center in Worthington, OH Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday Hourly Compensation: $20.00 Position Summary: Luxe Brands is hiring an Inventory Processor for our brand, Luxe Redux Bridal! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems while keeping inventory accurate and operations running smoothly. From inspecting designer bridal samples and processing shipments to managing inventory systems and identifying opportunities for improvement, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes of our growing bridal business. Process and allocate outbound shipments from the Distribution Center to retail locations in alignment with replenishment strategies and service level expectations. Execute inventory transactions, system updates, and cycle count activities to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity.
