Inventory + Prep Specialist

Job Overview The Inventory Prep Specialist is a very vital role at Aura Matcha. You will come in every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday after 4pm to do inventory stock count and prep all whips/purees used for our drink menu. You will also be in charge of making the wholesale milk order and picking it up before coming in to your shift. Responsibilities Must have a reliable car Manage inventory count Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes, adhering strictly to portion sizes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Skills No prior experience required. Must be able to follow directions clearly, communicate effectively, and be reliable. Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Required) Work Location: In person
