Inventory Planning Assistant Manager

About the Role:Dashing Diva is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Assistant Manager to support retail inventory planning, demand analysis, and S&OP activities. The Assistant Manager will analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory coverage, and OOS risks across major retailers, helping ensure inventory health and forecast alignment between Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain. This is an analytical support role focused on data, reporting, and risk identification.What You Will Do:Monitor inventory levels and coverage by retailer and SKUIdentify and flag OOS and overstock risksAnalyze sell-in vs. sell-out gaps and prepare reportsSupport forecast adjustments in partnership with Planning and SalesAssist in S&OP preparation with inventory and demand insightsMaintain dashboards for WOS, fill rate, and inventory KPIsSupport line review preparation with inventory dataMaintain item master and safety stock parameters in ERPInvestigate inventory imbalances and escalate findingsSupport projects to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:3–6 years in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail supply planningExperience analyzing retail sell-through and inventory performanceStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience supporting S&OP processesAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales and PlanningExperience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail industriesERP experience (NetSuite or similar)Bilingual Korean/English a plusYou’ll love working at Dashing Diva because:Great work environment to grow and learn new skillsWe are collaborative and work closely with each otherWe give everyone a chance to be creative and value input and feedbackWe participate in fun events like Beautycon, NYFWIn-office catered breakfast, lunches, and team lunches, team outings, and team-building activitiesPerks: Health benefits (Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, Life), 401(k) matching, PTOs, Company holidays, Summer Fridays & more!Compensation Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annuallyAbout Dashing Diva:We see nails as a canvas for self-expression and an opportunity to let your personality shine.
