Inventory & Order Fulfillment Associate

Step into a pivotal role at our Fort Worth, TX logistics hub, where every shift keeps the supply chain moving. As an Inventory & Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll balance hands-on warehouse work with precision-driven inventory support to ensure products flow in and out on time and in great condition. A day in the life You’ll kick off your shift by checking inbound schedules, receiving and sorting new arrivals, and updating counts so inventory records stay accurate. As orders queue up, you’ll prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments with care. Between waves, you’ll operate material handling equipment—like pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)—to move freight safely, collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets, and keep work areas orderly and audit-ready. Core responsibilities Receive, sort, and route inbound shipments efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory data and support stock control activities. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for safe, on-time delivery. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively (certification preferred). Partner with teammates to meet daily goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound items to meet company standards. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Participate in training to broaden skills and knowledge. What you’ll bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Background in warehousing, logistics, or related work is a plus. Experience with material handling equipment; forklift certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits. Team-first mindset with clear verbal and written communication. Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks. Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
